WELCOME, I’M SO HAPPY YOU’RE HERE
I’m a Bangalore-based Yoga Instructor on a mission to serve others and help them feel great with yoga.
During my corporate job as a software engineer, I was suffering from nasal allergy and cold most of the time, so I was feeling low in energy and low in self-confidence. When medicines could not give me relief, I thought to give Yoga a try. When I attended Yoga Therapy courses, the quest to go deeper into yoga made me join the Yoga Instructor and the Masters in Yoga Therapy course. These professional courses helped me to understand deeply the nuances of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices and their impact on the human body and mind.

Once I started practicing regularly, bit by bit I became stronger, calmer and braver.
When I got the taste of positive health, peace, and blissfulness from yoga, spreading it to more people became the goal of life. Now I feel its a privilege to be a yoga teacher seeing the positive changes in people's lives with yoga. Yoga is now ingrained in my daily life in a fundamental way. It helps me meet any challenges I face by teaching me to be present, focused, and mindful.
THE JOURNEY
"SamyakSmriti" means "Right mindfulness".

The journey started with just an idea to start an online class with family and friends to stay fit and healthy during the lockdown time. But with God's grace, we got an overwhelming response and a large group of people joined in just 4-6 weeks. Then there was no looking back.

The aim is to create accessible, easy to follow yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Also to develop a discipline to practice yoga on a regular basis in your busy schedule.
